Managing Director/Designer
- Provide strategic leadership.
- Oversee overall business operations and growth.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company objectives.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and stakeholder relations.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals and innovation.
- Website front-end and back-end development.
Assistant Designer
- Assist in website front-end and back-end development.
- Support the lead designer with layouts, graphics, and multimedia content.
- Edit and refine design drafts based on feedback and project needs.
- Help organize design assets and stay updated on creative trends.
Finance Officer
- Manage budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and analyze financial performance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audits when required.
M&E and Compliance Specialist
- Design and implement M&E tools for privacy compliance.
- Track data-related KPIs and generate evaluation reports.
